About Us

Erin Watson, MSW LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker with over years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families on a variety of challenging issues. Erin received her graduate degree from St. Ambrose University. Her postgraduate career as a school social worker has afforded her the opportunity to utilize many evidence-based methods of therapy and interventions that have been proven effective with her target population.

Erin has extensive experience in working with children and adolescents with ADHD, Anxiety, Autism, Depression, Executive Functioning challenges, as well as other behavioral and developmental disorders that impair social and functional skills. Erin also has experience working with at-risk teens who have found themselves indifferent toward school success and who are repeating patterns of failure within their lives. While working with the teen population, she has focused on breaking these patterns of failure, as well as setting and achieving workable goals, and building resiliency.

Her therapeutic experience includes, individual and small group counseling and therapy, facilitating social skills groups, solution focused goal achievement, and play therapy. Erin’s experience was not only with the children and adolescents she worked with, but also extended to their families.

Erin was born and raised in Canton, Illinois. Choosing to remain close to her roots paired with being active in the community has allowed her to have a vested interest in the overall well being of her community. Erin’s decision to open and maintain a private practice was driven by her desire to do the work she loves on a broader scale. She is focused on reaching as many individuals and families that she can, building on their strengths, and helping them discover that they have the power to implement the positive change they seek.

Andrea White, MSW LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker with over 25 years experience working with individuals and families. Andrea received her graduate degree from the University of Illinois with her postgraduate career providing her the opportunity to reach a variety of populations and issues. Her career has covered crisis and case management, various aspects of the foster care system specializing in licensing and therapy, and supporting students within the post-secondary education environment.

Andrea has extensive experience working with children, adults, and seniors within the areas of grief and loss, depression, anxiety, early childhood trauma, ADHD, and other behavioral disorders. Andrea’s experience also extends to working with children and families who are preparing for adoption. Parenting has been a targeted focus for Andrea with both the parent and grandparents raising grandchildren populations.

Her therapeutic experience includes individual and small group counseling, strengths-based solution focused goal achievement therapy, and play therapy. Andrea has also completed the Sexual Assault Issues training, which focuses on helping support survivors of sexual assault. Because of her vast experience, Andrea has been able to work with individuals of all ages who are experiencing a variety of issues. Andrea would like to expand her practice experience and include an area of focus on adults who are facing issues of aging.

Andrea was raised in Canton, Illinois and continues to reside in Canton with her husband and two children. Andrea values her community and remains active within several community organizations serving on many community boards. Andrea enjoys working with diverse groups of people and is looking forward to helping individuals find their strengths while providing the guidance, support, and encouragement they need to reach their goals.
